“NORMANDY” RESUMPTION . The foreign ministers of France, Germany, Ukraine and Russia will meet soon for a dialogue in the so-call Normandy format, the four countries announc yesterday. The decision was made as Emmanuel Macron and Angela Merkel held trilateral talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and then Russian President Vladimir Putin. Zelensky has been pushing for months for a new Normandy format meeting, while Russia play the intimidation game by moving more than 100,000 troops to the Ukrainian border in April.
